Toronto, ON, Canada – June 24, 2019 – Hummingbird Capital Inc. is pleased to announce the successful completion of its advisory role in the all-stock merger and acquisition of Atlantic Wind & Solar Inc. (OTC: AWSL) and KB Industries Inc.
Following our engagement earlier this year to identify strategic acquisition and merger candidates in the clean technology space, Hummingbird Capital sourced, qualified, and helped consummate this transformative transaction in just six months. The deal was structured as a tax-free reorganization.
