June 24, 2019 Toronto ON Canada - Hummingbird Capital Inc. is please to announce it has successfully advised on the merger and acquisition of Atlantic Wind & Solar Inc. (OTC: AWSL) and KB Industries Inc.
Earlier in the year Hummingbird was retained by Atlantic Wind & Solar Inc. to seek suitable acquisition and merger candidates within the clean tech space. The acquisition target was sourced, qualified and completed in only six months from our engagement.
The acquisition and merger was and all stock transaction and qualified as a tax free reorganisation..
